First Names Group Makes Internal Promotion For Singapore Role

has promoted Karen O’Hanlon, previously a director, to managing director of its Singapore business.

According to her LinkedIn profile, O’Hanlon has been with the business for nearly two years after joining from Asiaciti Trust where she was director of client services. She states in her profile that as director, she was primarily responsible for driving business development in the Singapore region, and integrating all local policies, procedures and corporate governance. Her profile also states that she worked at HSBC Private Bank for over three years as senior trust manager, as well as senior trust executive for Equity Trust Group for around four and a half years.

In her new role as managing director, Karen will lead the team in Singapore.

“Karen is a highly experienced professional who I am certain will be an invaluable asset as we continue to attract new business and deepen our footprint in the region,” said Mark Pesco, chief executive.

First Names is headquartered in Jersey and provides trust, fund, real estate and corporate services globally.
